Karlyn Carnahan
Karlyn Carnahan leads the insurance practice for Celent for North America. She joined Celent in 2014 and is based in San Francisco. She focuses on issues related to the intersection of business and technology with an emphasis on how technology can improve business practices. Karlyn is the lead analyst for questions related to distribution channels, product management and underwriting, core systems, customer experience and the technologies and insurtechs that accompany those areas. She joined Celent with an extensive career as an executive in the insurance industry and holds a BS in Fire Protection Engineering and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
